Disrupt the service by attempting to hack, distribute malware, or engage in fraudulent activities. Harass, abuse, or harm other users. 

4. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Verbalshala’s platform belong to Verbalshala Skills (OPC) Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without permission. 

5. Termination of Access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Users can also request account deletion at any time by contacting info@verbalshala.com.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties Verbalshala provides its services ”as is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or the security of user data beyond our best efforts. 

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verbalshala Skills (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. 

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
