Yes, beginning 10th August 2023, an overall score of 60 in PTE Academic is considered a valid score under Student Direct Stream (SDS) in Canada. The test score for this purpose needs to be of a test conducted at an authorized test center, and must not be of a Home-based test.
PTE is accepted in more than 50 countries across the globe. It is widely accepted in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the USA and Canada.
In order to book a test, a candidate has to create myPTE account and sign in to schedule the test online. They can also contact local test centres via phone.
The test scores are valid up to two years from the date of test and will not be visible in your account after that.
A candidate can send his/her scored to unlimited number of institutions without any charges.
Candidates who have appeared for PTE test can check their scores from the online account that they would have created at the time of PTE test registration.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your test online or by phone. But there are timelines and fees applicable to these changes.
